The building will also include 31 high-end condo units between 900 & 2,900 sf each. Because of this, 1 Beekman makes its mark in transforming the financial district to a residential neighborhood. The building is about 80% commissioned and preparing shortly for TCO.

Features include an open amenity roof deck and access lobby at the 12th level that will be designed to accommodate retail spaces, office spaces and a potential restaurant space. The building will also
include a full cellar to be used primarily for retail, with the remainder of the space to be used for storage, utility rooms and other building ancillary support areas. Common areas will be allocated for entry lobbies, truck loading docks and outdoor amenity spaces at the building’s various escalating terraces and eco-friendly outdoor deck. The building is about 80% commissioned and rapidly approaching TCO.

Residential space use will cover 31,545 sf. There will be three and four bedroom condos that will include two “garden residences” and two penthouse units. The building will have amenities such as: fitness and recreation rooms, and a shared roof terrace. There will also be storage for 14 bicycles and parking for 16 vehicles. The building is 90% commissioned and preparing to obtain its TCO.

Features:GEA is providing LEED and Commissioning services to this ground-up mixed-use project in Tribeca. The “JR Building” will be made up of two triangular structures, standing at six and eight stories tall. Even though the structure will yield 10 spacious condominiums and retail on the ground floor, the building will be two feet wide at its narrowest points! Amenities include a private fitness center, private elevator access to all residences, private landscaped roof, private
landscaped terraces, private residential storage, in-residence laundry rooms, and a bicycle storage room. This building achieved LEED Certified rating and is currently preparing for occupancy for the south tower.

Features:GEA provided commissioning and inspection services for this cold-storage facility that installed two generators to protect its stored goods. The generators were commissioned and tested, revealing easily correctable issues that would have otherwise been disastrous to the site’s daily activity.
