Two 44 story residential towers in the northern Bronx were provided with 5 – 100 KW gas fired capstone generators, which produces power for the common elements of the building and domestic hot water for all four zones. This project required the relining of the 44 story chimney and extensive piping between the two towers.

GEA is providing MEP/FP design and DOB commissioning services for this 31,650 sq. ft. condominium! Community facility space for an urgent care will occupy the first floor. Residential space use will cover 31,545 sf. There will be three and four bedroom condos that will include two “garden residences” and two penthouse units. The building will have amenities such as: fitness and recreation rooms, and a shared roof terrace. There will also be storage for 14 bicycles and parking for 16 vehicles. The building is 90% commissioned and preparing to obtain its TCO.
