GEA Projects in the News! Renderings Released for 212 Wadsworth.

The first rendering for the new residential development at 212 Wadsworth has been revealed! GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this 114,750 sq. ft. project. This 95-foot tall structure will be filled with 98 rental units, complete with a church in the basement and the façade will be composed of a grid of square floor-to-ceiling windows framed by either black metal panels or brick.
