GEA Projects in the News: Permits have been filed for 37 West Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn!

This building will rise 14 floors and 211 ft to its rooftop. There will be 92 possible condominium units at 950 sf/unit that will be spread out over 87,434 square ft. There will also be 3,300 sf of community facility space. GEA is providing MEP/FP services for this new building!
