GEA Projects in the News: 70-74 Gansevoort Street on the Rise!

Construction update on Gansevoort Street! GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to 70-74 Gansevoort St and recent photos acquired by YIMBY show the vertical construction progress on the commercial development! As part of the several buildings that are being redeveloped in this project, 70-74 Gansevoort has begun to rise over the neighborhood and once complete, it will stand 112 feet tall at eight stories high. This redevelopment has been in the making for several years due to conflict with a local preservation group but now construction reaches the third floor and the structure should easily top out sometime this spring!
