GEA Projects in the News: 550 Clinton Street Reaches for the Sky!

The final plan for Brooklyn’s first skyscraper has been approved! GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and sustainability services to this monumental development and as reported back on March 12th, Morris Adjmi was about to submit their revised, final plan for 550 Clinton Street in Brooklyn. On Friday, the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved those plans and YIMBY had the chance to sit down with Adjmi to discuss the challenges and feats of building a new tower in a landmarked district.
