GEA Projects in the News: Facade Near Completion at 89 Grand Street.

Construction update at 89 Grand Street in Williamsburg! As previously stated, GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this five-story mixed use building. Field Condition reported that the façade installation is wrapping up and features a slight curve clad with red brick and industrial style windows. However, the ornate grillwork in front of the windows has yet to be revealed. Completion is slated for some time this year! See the progress at Field Condition.
