Construction update at 180 East 88th Street on the Upper East Side! As previously mentioned, GEA is providing LEED Consulting and Filing services to this towering skyscraper! The 523-foot tall structure has reached its 28th floor, with just three stories left before topping-out. Portions of the façade on the southern side are now visible and you can also see the two-story arches for the mid-building outdoor terrace. DDG has stated that their aesthetic inspiration was derivative of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi and the façade will be decorated with Kolumbia bricks and a notable gray masonry. The 182,530 sq. ft. residential building will be the tallest above 72nd St. and completion is expected in late 2019! See full story at
