GEA Projects in the News: 151 Maiden Lane Nears Completion

GEA produced the energy model for 151 Maiden Lane where construction is wrapping up! Originally set for completion in 2017, this building has maxed out at 140,000 sq. ft. of interior space and totaling 274 hotel rooms. With the cladding of its tinted and angled blue glass now fully enclosing the building, this 33 storied, 336-foot-tall tower will become a fully-functioning Marriott Hotel by the end of summer.
