GEA Projects in the News: 1164 River Avenue – Permits Filed

Permits have been filed at 1169 River Avenue! As previously mentioned, GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services along with commissioning and EGC services to this 19-story mixed-use building in the Bronx. The proposed 195-foot tall development is steps away from the 167th St subway station and will yield 242,726 sq. feet. Owned by Christopher Lacovara of Community Access, this steel-based structure will serve as a non-profit with supportive housing and social services for people with mental health concerns; complete with 245 residences, community facilities and commercial space galore!
