GEA Projects in the News: 1 Beekman Tops Out Above City Hall Park!

GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to 1 Beekman, which just officially topped out at 25 stories! Nicknamed the “Pearl on The Park”, construction has progressed quickly over the past two years for this 95,000 sq. ft. project. Featuring 31 residential units, four retail spaces and three floors of office space, occupants will have un-blockable City Hall Park views and enjoy the close proximity to subway lines, retail establishments and fine dining amenities!
