GEA Projects in the News: 1 Beekman Reaches New Heights!

City Hall Park is growing rapidly! Because the park is one of three major public outdoor areas in the Financial District, constructing the 1 Beekman building has become particularly important. In December 2016, demolition had just finished up and now construction has reached the 17th floor! There will be 25 total floors, making up the 299-foot tall structure. GEA is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services to this 95,290 sq. ft. condominium that is expected to be completed within the year! See more at New York Yimby!
