GEA Project in the News: Foundation work underway for LIC Townhouses!

Foundation work is underway for 11-05- 11-21 46th Avenue, 11-06-11-16 45th Road and 45-57-45-41 11th Street in Long Island City. These 36 four-story, two-family townhouses will measure between 3,950 & 4,954 sf with the individual apartments averaging at 1,949 sf apiece. Completion is expected in 2018.
