GEA Project in the News: First look at 581 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope!

GEA is providing MEP/FP services to 581 Fourth Avenue, and 11 Story condo building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The building will rise 118 feet and wrap around the corner of Prospect Avenue facing the elevated highway. It will have 70 apartments spread across 80, 925 sf of residential space. A 4,633 sf retail space will occupy the ground floor, followed by nine or ten units each on the second through fifth floors, six units per story on the sixth through eighth floors and four units apiece on the top three stories. Some apartments will have private balconies, and two second story apartments will be duplexes. Residents will have access to a 2,500 sf outdoor recreation space on the ground floor, a recreation room in the cellar and a bike storage on the first floor. There will also be a 38- car garage on the ground floor. Plans were filed for this building in December 2014.
