Rising from the ashes of an early 19th century townhouse will be the new 54 MacDougal, a 5 story condominium building designed by Building Studio Architects. GEA is providing MEP/FP services to this 8,457 sq. ft. building located in SoHo. The structure will contain 4 condo units and will fit in well with the pre-war buildings that it is nestled between.
