GEA Consulting Engineers GEA Projects in the news: Construction wraps on 444 Park Avenue South SLS Hotel!

Construction is nearly done on 444 Park Avenue South, GEA’s project with SBE & Moin Development. The former 13-story office building has been expanded by six stories and redeveloped into a 190-key SLS Hotel, consisting of approximately 87,000 sf. The hotel will have an array of amenities including a restaurant, fitness center, meeting rooms and an outdoor lounge on the 14th floor. Opening is anticipated for next spring.
