Features:The project consists of the complete tenant fit-out (TFO) of a new 76,000 sf retail building located at the above referenced location. Design features a multi-level atriumm rooftop all-glass ClearStory restaurant, clad in gold and bronse, and dripping in crystal, and outdoor rooftop park, accessible from an opulent glass elevator that boasts 360 degree views of the design space on its ascent and delivers you to the rooftop park. Both incorporate the elegant design that is carried throughout the RH atilier. Innovations such as horizontal fire shutters in atrium floor openings, super-heat VRF type units for maximum energy efficiency and fenestration coverage in conjunction with state-of-the-art lighting fixtures and electrical controls awere incorporated into the design.

Xanadu will also offer a luxury hotel and Class A office buildings. GEA was involved in the retail areas of this complex by providing vanilla box design services and full fitout services for various retailers.
