GEA Projects in the News: Mixed-Use Dime Tower in Williamsburg is Revealed!

GEA is providing MEP/FP and LEED services to the Dime building located at 263 South 5th Street in Williamsburg. This 22-story, mixed-use tower will be a total of 327,567 sf and rise 264 ft to its roof. Floors one through five will contain commercial space; of which 85,000 sf will be office space & 31,100 sf will be retail. Floors six through twenty-two will contain 177 rental apartments, which will average 684 sf each. There will be a 16,700 sf Dime Savings Bank incorporated as part of the commercial component. Construction is expected to begin this summer.
