GEA Projects in the News: 27 East 79th Street Renderings Released!

Renderings have been revealed for 27 East 79th Street! This project is the first new building to rise on its UES block in nearly forty years. The 232-ft tall structure will create eight condominiums, averaging 2,849 sq. ft. There will be three single-story apartments, four duplex units, and a triplex occupying the top floors. GEA is providing MEP/FP services and completion is estimated for spring of 2019. Check out the original story at NY Yimby.
