GEA Project in the News: Developer Closes on Site of Planned 14-Story, 47-Unit Mixed-Use Project at 211 Schermerhorn Street, Downtown Brooklyn

GEA is providing MEP services for 211 Schermerhorn- a 14 story, 47 unit mixed use building in downtown Brooklyn now owned by GPB Capital Holdings. The building will consist of 5,372 sf of retail space across the ground and cellar levels, with residential units above. The residential units will be condos, averaging 1,464 sf apiece.
