GEA Project in the News: Commercial building filed at 206 Kent Avenue!

Applications have been filed for the six-story, 125,150 sf commercial building at 206 Kent Avenue. The building will rise 85 feet to its roof. There will be retail space throughout the entire ground floor, as well as office space across the fourth through sixth floors. A parking garage will be located on the cellar and second floors, and the third will include an outdoor terraced area. GEA is providing MEP/FP services to this building.
