Landmarks approved demolition of 3 story structure to make way for a new building at 466-468 Columbus Avenue. GEA is providing MEP/FP services to the eight story “L” shaped building of approximately 40,000 sf. The project is located within the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District and will give rise to an new-mixed use building designed by BKSK Architects, housing residential units and ground floor retail.
