Ella
Malkin is an expert in mechanical engineering with 20 years
experience in design, project management and field supervision.
She is personally involved in every project to ensure quality
and innovation. Over the years, her expertise has expanded
to electrical, plumbing, and fire protection areas. Ms.
Malkin has experience in renovation projects, landmark buildings,
and new out-of-the-ground building construction. Her expertise
includes commercial, residential, and office buildings as
well as medical and technology facilities. Many of her projects
are for repeat clients. She brings practical knowledge in
selecting the systems, providing energy-efficient solutions,
and assisting to keep projects on budget. Ms. Malkin provides
strategic phasing solutions to keep buildings operational
during renovation. She applies attentiveness and dedication
to each project and client. Prior to joinging GEA as a principal
she was a principal at Avcon Design Group.

As
Senior Electrical Engineer, Carlos Burbano brings
an honesty-based nurturing to all his projects that
fosters long-lasting client relationships. He has
extensive experience in the engineering analysis and
design of electrical systems, including service, power
distribution, lighting, emergency power, controls,
communications, fire alarm and security systems. His
expertise also includes analysis and design of mechanical
systems for a broad range of facilities. He is versed
in computer analysis for energy conservation, system
equipment selection, and life-cycle cost analysis.
His experience includes several large, multiphased
projects over his 30-year career.
